Sugar Pecans

Directions

   Beat egg white and water until stiff peak forms.

   Mix in a small bowl, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

   Mix pecans in egg whites, then in sugar.

   Spread on a cookie sheet.

   Bake 1/2 hour at 325°. After 15 minutes, stir around.

   Let cool, then break.
