- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. or 4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

3Fold in pecans.

4Pour oleo into 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

5Spread mixture over oleo.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

7Cool and store in airtight container.

8Yield: 4 cups.
