Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canned milk
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) or more cinnamon (your choice to flavor)
  • 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) pecan halves

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a saucepan except the pecans.

    Bring to a soft boil stage over medium heat.

    Add pecans and stir well.

    Lay out on waxed paper separating pecans from each other.

    Keep in a sealed container.
