  • 1 box Betty Crocker coconut macaroon mix
  • 1 c. minced dates
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • Dash of brandy; optional

Directions

    Mix dates, nuts, rum and brandy and let soak for 20 min.

    Add in macaroon mix and mix well.

    Form into balls and roll in sugar or possibly coconut.

    Keep refrigerated.
