Sugarless Fruit Bars

Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. chopped prunes
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1In medium saucepan, cook dates, prunes, and raisins in water for 3-4 minutes.

2Cool this mixture and then add eggs and beat well.

3Sift together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.

4Add this and the vanilla to the fruit/egg mixture, blending well.

5Spread in a greased 10 x 13 baking dish.

6You may use Pam.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or at 325° if glass dish is used.

8Cut into preferred size bars when partially cooled.

9Makes 16 (1 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch) bars.
