- 3 celery ribs
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 12 green onions
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 lb. spinach
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced thinly
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. dry vermouth
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Slice celery, onion, mushrooms, green onions and water chestnuts.

2Heat oil in wok or large skillet.

3Brown meat and push to side of pan.

4Add all vegetables except spinach.

5Stir in remaining ingredients and let cook 5 minutes.

6Add spinach, cover and cook 5 minutes more.

7Serve with boiled rice.
