- 1 lb. beef tenderloin
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 c. bamboo shoots
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. beef broth or water
- 4 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cut tenderloins in 1/4-inch strips.

2In a large skillet, brown meat in oil.

3Push meat to one section of skillet.

4Stir in beef broth, sugar and soy sauce.

5Place the onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and bean sprouts in separate sections of skillet. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes.

6Never stir.

7Serve over rice.
