  • 2 lbs filet mignon, cut into thin strips
  • 14 cup canola oil
  • 34 cup soy sauce
  • 12 cup beef broth
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 cup bamboo shoot
  • 2 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
  • 1 cup shredded fresh spinach

Directions

    Brown meat in oil.

    In a bowl combine soy sauce, broth and sugar.

    Pour half of soy mixture in pan with meat.

    psuh meat to one side and add onions and celery.

    simmer 5 minutes.

    add remaining soy mixture, banmboo shoots, mushrooms and spinach.

    simmer 5 minutes longer.
