- 34 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup beef broth
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 cup bamboo shoot
- 2 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
- 1 cup shredded fresh spinach
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2In a bowl combine soy sauce, broth and sugar.

3Pour half of soy mixture in pan with meat.

4psuh meat to one side and add onions and celery.

5simmer 5 minutes.

6add remaining soy mixture, banmboo shoots, mushrooms and spinach.

7simmer 5 minutes longer.
