Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 Long stem onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 stems of fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 pinch season all salt
  • 1 shredded mozzarella
  • 1 shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2 pinch paprika
  • 1 sour cream

Directions

    Cube the potatoes, roughly 1in thick.

    Boil cubes until tender (speeds up cook time) - or just use raw, but requires double baking time.

    Drain and transfer cubes to mixing bowl

    Add in season mix ingredients, give potatoes a few tosses.

    (If you precooked cubes, mixing too much will break apart cubes and make them mushy)

    Transfer to baking dish

    Top it off, pre-bake ingredients

    Bake at 375 for 15-20min

    *Optional* we add sour cream when we plate & serve
