- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 fresh banana
- Handful sliced strawberries
- 1 sliced kiwi
- Handful fresh blackberries
- Handful shaved, unsweetened coconut
Directions

1Toss the first seven ingredients in a food processor or blender. Should be slightly thicker than a smoothie. Place in a bowl and top with remaining fruit and coconut.
