Summer Fruit Salad

  • 1/2 nectarine
  • 1/2 peach
  • 2 apricots
  • 2 figs
  • butter pat of
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cointreau Liqueur A splash of
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • slivered almonds

Directions

    Cut figs into wedges.

    Dice remaining fruit.

    In a pan, heat fruit with butter and sugar over low heat.

    Saute briefly and add Cointreau liqueur.

    Flambe it.

    The fruit will release some juice that will mix with the Cointreau.

    Turn off heat and let mixture cool.

    To serve, top with 1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt and ground almonds.
