Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup sliced celery
  • 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 -2 cup cooked pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredient except pasta, salt, pepper and Parmesan in slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding pasta during last 20 minutes.
