- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. pine nuts or slivered almonds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 c. cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onions, nuts and garlic.

2Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.

3Add rice, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook and stir 3 or 5 minutes or until well blended.

4Serve immediately.
