  • 1 1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 lb. snow peas, trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion

Directions

    Cook beans with a dash of salt in boiling water, cook 2 minutes.

    Add snow peas and cook for 30 seconds more.

    Drain and rinse under cool water.

    Add vinegar, oil and pepper.

    Toss and mix well with red onion slices.

    Cool.

    Can be made ahead 24 hours.
