- 1 1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 lb. snow peas, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
Directions

1Cook beans with a dash of salt in boiling water, cook 2 minutes.

2Add snow peas and cook for 30 seconds more.

3Drain and rinse under cool water.

4Add vinegar, oil and pepper.

5Toss and mix well with red onion slices.

6Cool.

7Can be made ahead 24 hours.
