  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box mixed fruit jello
  • 1 box (1 lb.) cottage cheese
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Directions

    Boil pineapple 2 minutes.

    Take off and add jello, then boil 2 more minutes.

    Let cool then add cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Fold gently together in a bowl.
