- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
- 1 Tbsp. coarse pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix all together, roll in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.

2Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours in a pan at a tilt, with one end of foil open so it can drain.

3Take out of foil and bake 5 to 10 minutes more to dry.

4Refrigerate and slice.
