  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

    Mix well.

    Roll out in 2 long rolls.

    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.

    The next day, wrap the rolls in aluminum foil, poking holes here and there.

    Place in a shallow pan with a little water in the bottom and bake at 300° for 50 minutes.
