  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 3 Tbsp. Tender Quick (Morton)

    Mix all together real well.

    Make into 3 rolls in Reynolds Wrap (shiny side in).

    Refrigerate for 24 hours, then bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Before baking, punch holes in bottom of rolls and bake on rack so grease will drain while rolls are baking.
