  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Tender Quick
  • 3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    Refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Mix again and let stand in refrigerator for another 24 hours.

    Form into logs. Bake at 250° for 6 to 7 hours.
