  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. or 1 small can tuna, flaked

    Blend oil with flour and seasonings over low heat.

    Stir in milk.

    Continue stirring until thick.

    Remove from heat.

    Add to beaten egg yolks; mix well.

    Add fish and cool.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
