- 3 c. water
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. raw carrots, sliced
- 1 c. raw potatoes, diced
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen peas
- parsley
- 1 c. cauliflower florets
- 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In large saucepan, bring to boil; 3 cups water and salt.

2Add carrots and potatoes.

3Simmer, covered, 10 minutes.

4Add peas, cauliflower, broccoli and simmer, covered, 10 minutes.

5Blend flour with small amount of milk until smooth and add to vegetable mixture with remaining milk and pepper.

6Simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley when serving.
