  • potatoes (amount desired for size of squash)
  • 1 can tomatoes or 4 to 5 medium size tomatoes, squeezed and skinned
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
