- 2 c. squash, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) bag herbed seasoned stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash and onions in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain; combine soup and sour cream.

2Stir in carrots.

3Fold in squash and onions.

4Combine stuffing and butter.

5Spread half of stuffing on bottom of 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Spoon vegetable mixture on top.

7Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over vegetables.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
