- 3 c. squash, diced
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 4 oz. cheese
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil squash until tender in small amount of water.

2Drain. Make a white sauce using melted butter, flour, salt and milk.

3Add squash to sauce.

4Arrange in a greased casserole alternating layers of squash with thin layers of cheese.

5Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

6Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
