Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked roast beef (in 1 piece)
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby carrots
  • 1 pkg. frozen whole baby onions
  • 1 pkg. frozen whole green beans
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 large yellow pepper
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut meat into bite size chunks and place in a large bowl. Thaw and drain carrots, onions and beans.

    Clean the mushrooms and cut in half.

    Cut yellow pepper into strips.

    Add these vegetables to the meat.
