  • 1 can white tuna in oil
  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
