  • 2 ounces lavash bread
  • 4 tablespoons hummus
  • 2 ounces muenster cheese (sliced)
  • 14 cup diced red onion
  • 14 cup diced tomato
  • 14 cup diced English cucumber
  • 10 spinach leaves (fresh-optional)

Directions

    Spread lavash with hummas-all the way to the edges.

    Place cheese in center of wrap.

    Lay on spinach if using.

    Sprinkle diced veggies over wrap.

    Fold end up - hummas will help seal end.
