  • 4 c. cooked, diced chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c. finely diced celery
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and cubed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped apples
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.

    Chill for 2 hours before serving.

    Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with crushed walnuts or pecans.
