  • 1 1/2 c. (2 oz.) noodles
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. thin zucchini strips
  • 1/2 c. thin carrot strips
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

    Saute garlic and vegetables in butter in skillet or saucepan until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
