- 4 chicken breast halves*
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Place chicken in a baking dish.

2Combine all ingredients. Brush both sides of chicken with glaze.

3Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

4Brush with more glaze.

5Bake 10 minutes and brush with glaze.

6Bake until chicken is done, maybe another 30 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
