  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Place chicken in a baking dish.

    Combine all ingredients. Brush both sides of chicken with glaze.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Brush with more glaze.
  5. 5
    Bake 10 minutes and brush with glaze.

    Bake until chicken is done, maybe another 30 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
