- 3 large oranges
- 2 (16 oz.) cans yams, drained
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- toasted coconut
- mint sprigs
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Halve oranges; squeeze, reserving 1/4 cup of juice.

2Remove pulp.

3Beat yams until smooth.

4Beat in juice, brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter.

5Spoon mixture into orange shells.

6Brush edges with remaining butter.

7Bake at 350° until heated through, 20 to 30 minutes.

8Garnish with coconut, mint sprig and cherry.
