  • 5 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 slices mild smoked sausage, cooked and drained

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in baking dish, 9 x 9-inches. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm.

    Let set 5 minutes before serving.

    Good reheated next day.
