- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 slices mild smoked sausage, cooked and drained
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in baking dish, 9 x 9-inches. Refrigerate overnight.

2Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm.

3Let set 5 minutes before serving.
