- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil (Canola)
- 2 eggs, beaten, or Egg Beaters
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in hot water.

2Stir in sugar, oil and eggs. Add flour and salt.

3Let stand, covered with towel, for 6 to 8 hours.

4Divide dough into 3 parts.

5Roll out as pie crust.

6Cut each part into 8 crescents and roll up.

7Let rise for 5 to 6 hours.

8Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
