  • 1/4 c. French's mustard
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 8 slices lean bacon
  • 2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned and sliced in half (crosswise), making 8 pieces

Directions

    In a small bowl combine mustard, pineapple juice and brown sugar; mix until sugar is dissolved.

    Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon strip, fasten with toothpicks.

    Brush mustard sauce over chicken and bacon.

    Grill over hot coals, or broil in oven, for about 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with additional mustard sauce.

    Remove wooden picks and serve.
