  • 2 lb. O'Brien hash browns
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream celery soup
  • 8 oz. chopped Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of potato soup

Directions

    Pour soups and sour cream over thawed hash browns, salt and pepper to taste.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hour, covered.
