Super Creamy Cocoa

   In a 3-quart saucepan, combine cocoa and salt.

   Add sweetened condensed milk; mix well.

   Over medium heat, slowly stir in water. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil! If desired, serve with marshmallows.

   Refrigerate any leftovers.
