  • 2 c. plain flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar, add water and vanilla.

    Fold in flour and add nuts.

    Pinch off in small amounts and put on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 300°.

    Remove from cookie sheet as soon as taken from oven.
