Super easy fried rice

Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked rice (I use a steamer)
- 1 1/2 cup peas (thawed)
- 2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 can water chesnuts
Directions

1Cook rice in steamer then put in fridge to cool

2In pan on med heat, cook peas, onions and water chestnuts with a little evoo until warm.

3Push veggies to the side of pan, add eggs.

4Once eggs are scrambled mix all together.

5Add rice to veggie mix well.

6Once mixed add soy sauce.

7Mix until all is incorporated and warm!

8Add other veggies of you like.

9Sweet chili sauce is great with it!
