- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 pound Tomatillos, Husks Removed
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 1/4 whole Medium Sized Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1/2 cups Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Directions

1Add olive oil, tomatillos, jalapeno and onion into a large skillet.

2Saute on high heat until caramelized on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.

3Transfer to a blender or food processor and add garlic, cilantro and lime juice.

4Blend until combined.

5You may have to do this in two batches.

6Place in the refrigerator to chill.
