  • 6 slices white bread, trimmed and cut in two
  • 8 eggs, beaten well
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • picante or hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp. dried mustard
  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put together one day head.

    Arrange bread in bottom of dish.

    Spread meat over bread.

    Pour eggs over this and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Cover and refrigerate.
