- 12 egg yolks, from pasteurized eggs
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 quarts half-and-half cream
- 1 quart whole milk
- 6 egg whites, from pasteurized eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- grated nutmeg
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until light; beat powdered sugar in gradually.

2Add half and half and milk very slowly, beating constantly.

3Whip egg whites and salt with clean beaters until stiff.

4Fold lightly into the other ingredients.

5Gently pour into punch bowl.

6Serve sprinkled with grated nutmeg.
