Super Sesame Chicken

  • 3 to 4 lb. boned chicken
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 green onions, chopped

    Cut chicken into chunks.

    In frying pan, combine sesame seed and oil; cook until golden.

    Cool.

    Stir in soy sauce, sugar, ginger, pepper, garlic and 1/2 the green onions.

    Mix in chicken. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours (I have chilled overnight).

    Pour meat and marinade onto cookie sheet in a single layer.

    Broil until golden; stir often.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
