Super Sesame Chicken

- 3 to 4 lb. boned chicken
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 green onions, chopped
Directions

1Cut chicken into chunks.

2In frying pan, combine sesame seed and oil; cook until golden.

3Cool.

4Stir in soy sauce, sugar, ginger, pepper, garlic and 1/2 the green onions.

5Mix in chicken. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours (I have chilled overnight).

6Pour meat and marinade onto cookie sheet in a single layer.

7Broil until golden; stir often.

8Serve over rice or noodles.
