  • 1 lb pasta, uncooked seashell pasta
  • 2 lbs tomatoes, ripe, seeded, diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced and seeded
  • 12 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 12 cup basil leaves, fresh and sliced into 1/8 &quot, strips
  • 13 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, coarsely crumbled

Directions

    Cook pasta in water per directions.

    Combine tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in large bowl, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt.

    Add pasta to tomato mixture, sprinkle with remaining salt, and stir in remaining ingredients.
