  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and liquid
  • flavored bread crumbs
  • minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 slice uncooked bacon
  • clam shells

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients except the bacon.

    Use enough bread crumbs to absorb the liquid.

    Fill individual shells.

    Chop the bacon and put a few bits on each stuffed clam shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then broil until the bacon crisps.

    Makes approximately 12 shells.
