- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and liquid
- flavored bread crumbs
- minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 slice uncooked bacon
- clam shells
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients except the bacon.

2Use enough bread crumbs to absorb the liquid.

3Fill individual shells.

4Chop the bacon and put a few bits on each stuffed clam shell.

5Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and then broil until the bacon crisps.

6Makes approximately 12 shells.
