  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
