  • 1 carton plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. any chopped fresh fruit (apples, pears, berries and bananas)
  • 1 Tbsp. instant vanilla or lemon pudding mix
  • 1 to 3 Tbsp. any of these: raisins, nuts or sunflower seeds

Directions
