- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. whole kernel corn, cooked
- 1 c. cooked potatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Remove bacon; pour off drippings, returning 3 tablespoons to pan.

3Add onion and cook until lightly browned.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Heat to boiling.

6Reduce heat.

7Simmer 1 or 2 minutes.

8Crumble bacon over chowder.
