  • 1 lb. snow peas
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cook peas and drain; add butter. Combine mint, vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over peas. Stir to coat. Serve.
