- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. wild rice
- 2 (2 1/2 lb.) fryers, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- dash of paprika
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook rice in chicken broth.

2Add all ingredients, except paprika and cheese.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Pour into greased shallow baking dish.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

7Add cheese on top.
