Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. wild rice
  • 2 (2 1/2 lb.) fryers, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook rice in chicken broth.

    Add all ingredients, except paprika and cheese.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into greased shallow baking dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
