  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sherry wine
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 5 sliced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
